The Tasmania Heritage Fiddle Ensemble (THFE) is a community group located in Hobart/nipaluna. They preserve tradition by performing Tasmanian music and sharing both old and new stories. In addition to Tasmanian tunes, THFE incorporates various global genres into their arrangements with a modern twist, all under the guidance of Emily Wolfe, the violinist and musical director, who is dedicated to both the style and nurturing emerging musicians.

Since the beginning of the century, the ensemble has been showcasing Tasmanian traditional and contemporary folk music. They perform at dances, concerts, and for their own enjoyment.

Rehearsals are held every Wednesday during school terms from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.
